This Four Day Intensive workshop is specially designed for specific participants who want to learn Project Management Methodology and to get the skill of using Microsoft Project starting from Foundation Level to Intermediate Level. During the training, all participants will learn the concept of Project Management Methodology, and Step by Step how to use Microsoft Project   facilitated by the international certified, experienced trainer who masters and understands the Project Management Methodology based on PMBOK  and possess the master level of using Microsoft Project Specifically the training allow participants to learn how to schedule activities EFFICIENTLY, assign resources ECONOMICALLY, and track project performance EFFECTIVELY. Participants will master scheduling and tracking concepts while experiencing Microsoft Project hands-on.

TUJUAN 

  • Get the knowledge of Project Management Methodology based on Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) – PMI, USA
  • Possess the skills of using Microsoft Project from foundation Level to Intermediate Level through special hands on approach facilitated by the international certified, and experienced Trainer
  • Know to use the PM Toolkit including the PM Process and Templates based on PMBOK – PMI, USA
  • Get involved in doing Project Case Study in group during Class-room Simulation or Case Study Session
